1. Digital Readings
Digital readings (Qimen Dunjia, Bazi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and similar services) are non-refundable once delivered. Because readings are personalized and generated upon order, we cannot offer refunds after the reading report has been sent to you.
If your reading has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Ritual Services
Before ritual begins: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the ritual preparation has not started.
In-progress rituals: If a ritual has been partially prepared or is underway, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at our discretion, depending on materials already procured and work completed.
Completed rituals: No refunds are available once a ritual has been completed and the associated blessing item has been shipped.
3. Shipping & Physical Items
Physical items (crystals, lucky bags, blessing keepsakes) are non-refundable once shipped. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or confirmation email
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details (e.g., date of purchase, service type)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate by replying to our response with additional context. We will review escalated cases within 7 business days. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may pursue the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
